What’s Included in Your TV Installation
TV Wall Mount Installation
Professional installation of your television onto a suitable wall using an approved wall-mount bracket.
Installation includes:
- Mounting and securely fixing the TV bracket to the wall
- Lifting and mounting the television onto the bracket
- Levelling and alignment of the TV
- Final safety and stability check
TV Setup – If Opted For
Professional TV Setup & Configuration
Complete setup and configuration of your television to ensure it is ready for everyday use.
Service may include:
- Initial TV setup and configuration
- Connection to your home Wi-Fi network
- TV software and firmware updates where required
- Digital TV channel tuning and configuration
- Setup of Smart TV platforms including Google TV, Samsung Smart TV, LG webOS and other supported platforms
- Login and setup of streaming services such as Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Prime Video, YouTube and other compatible apps
- Configuration of the TV remote to control compatible connected devices where supported, including soundbars, AV receivers, set-top boxes and media players
- HDMI-CEC and compatible device-control configuration
- Audio and picture setting adjustments for general everyday viewing
- Connection and basic testing of existing compatible devices
- Basic customer demonstration of TV, remote and key functions
Cable Hiding – If Opted For
Where cable hiding has been selected, cables will be concealed within the wall cavity on suitable gyprock/plasterboard walls where possible. This generally includes an opening behind the TV and an opening near skirting-board level to route applicable power, HDMI, antenna, data or AV cables.
For concrete, brick or non-cavity walls, cables may be concealed externally using sleek D-Line style ducting up to 1.5 metres.
Please Note: TV setup and cable hiding are optional services and are only included where specifically selected or listed on the quotation. Supply of cables, electrical work, additional outlets, wall repairs, patching and painting are not included unless specifically stated.
